Cancellation policies vary by property and booking platform. Most properties offer a full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in, and a 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. The specific policy for your booking will be clearly listed during the reservation process. We recommend reviewing the policy before confirming.

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the property schedule — contact us in advance to request it and we will do our best to accommodate.

Every Desert Sol property comes fully equipped with fresh linens, bath towels, a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils, complimentary toiletries, Wi-Fi, and basic cleaning supplies. Many properties also include pool towels, a BBQ grill, laundry facilities, and streaming services. Check your specific listing for the full amenity list.

Pet policies vary by property. Some of our rentals are pet-friendly with a refundable pet deposit, while others do not allow pets due to HOA rules or owner preference. Each listing clearly states whether pets are permitted. If you have questions about a specific property, contact us and we will help you find a pet-friendly option.

Most of our properties with pools offer optional pool heating for an additional fee, typically between $50 and $100 per day depending on the season and pool size. Spa and hot tub heating is usually included at no extra cost. Pool heating requests should be made at least 24 hours before check-in so the water reaches a comfortable temperature.

Yes. All Desert Sol properties include free on-site parking, typically in a private driveway or garage. Most properties can accommodate at least two vehicles. If you have a larger vehicle like an RV or trailer, let us know in advance so we can confirm the parking situation at your specific property.

For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 immediately. For property emergencies such as plumbing issues, power outages, or appliance malfunctions, call us at (760) 424-2353 and we will arrange a repair as quickly as possible. Every property includes a guest guide with emergency contacts, the property address for emergency services, and instructions for common issues.

La Quinta is approximately 25 minutes southeast of Palm Springs via Highway 111. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is about a 30-minute drive. The Ontario International Airport (ONT) is roughly 90 minutes away and often has more competitive fares. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is about 2.5 hours west.

La Quinta is one of the premier golf destinations in the world. PGA West is minutes away with five championship courses. SilverRock Resort is a public Arnold Palmer-designed course right in La Quinta. Within a 20-minute drive you will find over 100 courses, including Indian Wells Golf Resort, Desert Willow, and The Classic Club.

The most popular season runs from November through April, when daytime temperatures range from 70 to 90 degrees with clear skies and low humidity. January through March is peak season with the most events, festivals, and visitors. Summer months from June through September are significantly hotter but offer the lowest rates and very few crowds.
